No. The trial gives you full access to any feature. In addition, you are able to trial each module individually. For example, if you may want the bookings module at a later date, you can trial the other modules first and then trial the bookings module when you're ready.

No. You are free to cancel at any time.

As your facility adds members, you may hit the cap on your current membership module plan. We will not stop you from adding additional members, but would ask that you upgrade your plan within a reasonable timeframe to account for the increased usage.

Yes. We are happy to work with you to arrange an alternative payment method if you are unable to use a credit card or PayPal.

Absolutely. You'll be able to select annual payment from your subscription preferences page within your facility administration interface.

Yes. We are happy to help. Depending on the level of customization required, we may require a setup fee. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Unlimited. It's a flat rate regardless of how many courts you add.

If your facility is already in our database, but you don't have access to it, then please contact us and we can help add you on as an administrator.
