Squash SA wants Racquetballers to try Squash 57 and tell us what they think!
Squash SA are arranging a FREE tournament for players to “Come and Try” Squash 57 as its almost the same as Racquetball, there are only slight differences.
1. The name
2. Serve: Like Squash, the serve is from the boxes and alternate sides.
3. Scoring: Like Squash you play the best of 5 games and score up to 11 points.
The racquet and the ball are the same as Racquetball.
The major benefit to playing Squash 57 are the universal rules. When playing Squash 57 you can easily enter tournaments both nationally and internationally. A major goal for the World Squash Federation is to elevate Squash 57 to an international event such as the Commonwealth Games or Olympics.
We will be holding this FREE tournament at Somerton Squash Club and will also provide pizzas and drinks for all players.
