About
The Watsonian Squash Wilkinson Sword Competition is open to all Watsonian Squash Club members (male and female) who are aged 35 or more on Thursday 1 August 2024. The winner's name will be displayed on the list by the sword that (sometimes) hangs in the bar at Myreside Pavilion, Myreside Road in Edinburgh.
The plan is to start playing matches in mid August, and to play the final of the competition before a club dinner/social event, at Myreside, on Friday 20 September 2024.
It will be up to the players to arrange a day and time to play their matches, with a deadline by which each round should be completed. If anybody is unable to play, maybe because of a positive covid test, then please withdraw gracefully from the competition to make sure that all matches are played on time.
