Great tournament, tough draw to manage but well done.
I would like to see the entry deadline 8-10 days prior to the tournament start date such that the draw could be ready say 4-5 days prior to tournament start.
It's understood that the draw is dynamic but at least it would be good to know earlier in advance for the local players where/when your first matches of each draw are.

-For the price it would have been nice to have had towels supplied at VRC. Evergreen was able to figure it out
-It would have been nice to have had copies of there draws at all clubs; I only saw them posted at Evergreen
-The party on Saturday night was wonderful!!!! Overall a good time

I never made it to the host club and played early week matches so missed out on all of the goodies. With four locations need to have more offered at each club.
