Tournament # 1 Campbellton September 24th

Tournament #4 Moncton December 3rd (Champions & Team Selection announced after tournament)
Ranking/Categories:
There will only be 3 Draws: Men’s, Women’s and Junior. At the end of all 4 tournaments each category will be divided into the respective classes: Masters Men’s & Women’s, Seniors Men’s & Women’s, Juniors U19 Boys & Girls, U17 Boys & Girls, U15 Boys & Girls, U13 Boys & Girls winners. To be considered for these classes you must meet its requirements (i.e. master over 55 years old)
All events will count towards Provincial and National Rankings via SportyHQ.
Points System:
Each tournament will be a bracket format; 10 points for first place, 9 point for second, etc...
Whoever has the most points after combining their top 3 performances at the end of all 4 events will be NB Closed Champion in their respective category.
Top 3 players (per category) who have the most points after combining their top 2 performances at the end of all 4 events will be selected to represent NB at National Events.
If a player is unable to make more than 1 event that player can still be selected to represent NB at National Events if their points total puts them in one of the top 3 spots (masters & womens) or 6 spots for men's team. They cannot however be NB Closed Champion even if they have the most points. The NB Closed Champions will be selected from the players that participated in at least 3 Tournaments.
SportyHQ:
Each tournament will be posted on SportyHQ, links to the tournaments will be posted on squashatlantic.com, squashmoncton.com, kvsquash.ca, and an email will be sent out to Squash NB membership, Squash Moncton Membership, KV Squash Membership, Fredericton Membership and so on. When a player goes to sign up they will be asked to login to SportyHQ, if they already have an account they can simply log in, if they do not have an account they can simply register for free.
Once registered they can proceed to signing up for each event. If this is their first Squash NB event of the season SportyHQ will make it mandatory for the player to pay their Squash NB Membership Fee. If they do not pay this fee SportyHQ will not let them register. If this is their second event and they have already paid the Squash NB Membership Fee then they will simply be asked by SportyHQ to pay the tournament Fee.
Other Info:
Cost per player per event is $20. Entry Fee proceeds will be distributed accordingly: $10 goes towards the provincial team’s winner’s entry fee for 2017 Nationals or Atlantic tournaments. $5 goes towards junior fund, $5 goes towards tournament prizes.
Each match will be refereed by the previous match winner
Each player MUST register no later then 7 days prior to the tournament.
Draws for each tournament will be released no later that 2 days prior to tournament.
Each tournament will be attended by either Joey Parent or Ryan Morris to administer SportyHQ software.

Fun tournaments. Thanks for running them!
There is probably a need for a change in format, though. The potential for 5 matches in 5 hours is way too much.

Club facilities soso in Rothsay. Was not in Campbelton but Moncton and F'ton facilities were great. Communication were not great for the beginning. Did not know anything about Campbelton tournament. After participating in the F'ton tournament, commnitation was good.
