Hi Everyone, the 2024 Mid-Summer Classic / Hawaiin Open was a great success.

We had 20 participants who competed in 2 divisions.

It was a tropical theme, with great clothing, music, accessories, food and drinks enjoyed by everyone.

We also had some time for tennis.

After a long, hot day, we watched some great finals:

Mariano Chan defeated Dean McGee in the Advanced division

Rhys Lucas defeated Marc Talbot in the Intermediate division

 

A special thanks to Rick Kvas for developing the theme, DJing the music, and mixing the icy drinks.

An even bigger thanks to Lynne who saved the day when our BBQ would not cooperate in the windy conditions.
