This Club is steeped in History; Family owned since 1968
Squash 52 is a family owned and operated business, established in 1968 by the patriach of the family Dr. Robert Courtice and his wife Mrs. Betty Courtice. Rob, their son, managed the courts for 45 years and now grandson, Ben, manages the busy centre. Rob was a champion player and a master coach and he was proud to pass the courts on to the next generation. Squash 52 celebrates 49 years of health and fitness for the Mackay sporting community.

We’re located at 52 Brisbane Street, right in the middle of Mackay city!

We have 5 courts, two of which are glass back, a fully fledged gym, and a 13 metre sparkling salt water pool.

Mackay Squash Centre 52 is the perfect place to enjoy a game of squash or gym workout and swim. And there are plenty of places to enjoy a meal/walk/relax/shop after you have had your exercise for the day!!

Mackay Squash 52 is well known around squash circles as being one of the friendliest clubs in all of Queensland.
We take our squash game seriously and compete hard but really enjoy the friendship of fellow competitors and the great comradeship in playing the wonderful game of squash.
